The 1-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor at the back of the property, accessed along a covered veranda where the laundry is and fronted by a private tropical garden.

The apartment sleeps two people having a huge air-conditioned bedroom with king size bed including a sitting area and a spacious en-suite bathroom. There's a separate lounge or study area which overlooks the swimming pool that can also be used as a guest bedroom (you'll need to provide own bed).

The large kitchen is a cookers delight. There's a bar bench overlooking the pool, a 4-burner gas stove oven and fridge. Please note there is no access from this apartment to the swimming pool area.

The 1-bed apartment has air-con and ceiling fans in the bedroom, a a separate air-con and wall mounted fan in the kitchen and large breezy windows throughout. Ideal for expatriates working in Nadi or for long-term holidays - it's less than a minute walk to the beach at Wailoaloa / Smugglers Cove.
